Sri Vrindavan and Mathuradham
After returning to Kashi from Prayag in 1868 AD, Sri Sri Thakur arrived at Vrindavan and Mathuradham with Mathurbabu a fortnight later. He also brought Bhairabi Brahmani from Kashi. Brahmani spent her last life at Vrindavan Dham and left her body away here. At various times per Kathamrita, Sri Sri Thakur descended on Mathura on his way to Mathura and Vrindavan and visited the places of interest. At Sri Dhruba Ghat, Sri Sri Thakur visioned child Krishna crossing the Jamuna in Basudeva’s lap, and would lose consciousness.
Here he saw Rakhal Krishna in a dream. When he came to Vrindavan, he stayed at a house near the temple of Sri Sri Gobindji – at Chaitanya Faujdar Kunj. On his way back to Vrindavan, Thakur would vision Sri Krishna crossing the Jamuna with the Gopal balakas, carrying a bow and arrow and lose consciousness. After visiting Gobindaji’s temple, he did not want to see Gobindaji again. He went into divine consciousness after seeing Bankubihari. On seeing Govardhana Giri, he ran up to it and fell into divine consciousness, losing all bodily control. The pandas held him and slowly brought him down. He went to Shyamkund and Radhakund along with Hriday in a palanquin. At times, immersed in his divine state of mind and emotion he often wanted to jump out of the palanquin. Friday would go with Palanquin carriers and warn them to remain careful. On the way through these divine playgrounds, Sri Sri Thakur would feel the absence of Krishna tearfully and soak his clothes. He would cry and say, ‘There are those, where are you Krishna.’

শ্রী বৃন্দাবন ও মথুরাধাম
১৮৬৮ খ্রীষ্টাব্দে প্রয়াগ হইতে কাশীতে ফিরিয়া এক পক্ষকাল পরে শ্রীশ্রীঠাকুর মথুরবাবুর সঙ্গে ৺বৃন্দাবন ও মথুরাধামে আগমন করিয়াছিলেন। ভৈরবী ব্রাহ্মণীকেও তিনি কাশী হইতে লইয়া আসিয়াছিলেন। ব্রাহ্মণী ৺বৃন্দাবন ধামে শেষ জীবন অতিবাহিত করিয়া এখানেই দেহত্যাগ করেন। বিভিন্ন সময়ে কথামৃতে শ্রীশ্রীঠাকুর তাঁহার মথুরা ও বৃন্দাবনের পথে মথুরায় নামিয়া তাঁহারা লীলাস্থানসমূহ দর্শন করেন। শ্রীশ্রীঠাকুর ধ্রুব ঘাটে বসুদেবের কোলে শিশু কৃষ্ণের যমুনা পার হওয়া ভাবচক্ষে দর্শন করিয়াছিলেন। এখানে স্বপ্নে রাখালকৃষ্ণকে দর্শন করিয়াছিলেন।
বৃন্দাবনে আসিয়া তিনি শ্রীশ্রীগোবিন্দজীর মন্দিরের নিকট বাড়িতে — চৈতন্য ফৌজদার কুঞ্জে ছিলেন। বৃন্দাবনে ফিরতি গোষ্ঠে শ্রীকৃষ্ণ গোপালবালকদের সহিত ধেনু লইয়া যমুনা পার হইতেছেন — ভাবচক্ষে শ্রীশ্রীঠাকুর দর্শন করিয়া বিহ্বল হইতেন। ৺গোবিন্দজীর মন্দির দর্শন করিবার পর পুনরায় গোবিন্দজীকে দেখিতে চাহেন নাই। ৺বঙ্কুবিহারীকে দেখিয়া ভাব হইয়াছিল। গোবর্ধন গিরি দেখামাত্রই ছুটিয়া উহার উপর উঠিয়া বিহ্বল ও বাহ্যশূন্য হন। পাণ্ডারা ধীরে ধীরে নামাইয়া আনিয়াছিল। পালকি করিয়া ৺শ্যামকুণ্ড ও ৺রাধাকুণ্ড দর্শনে হৃদয়ের সঙ্গে গিয়াছিলেন। পালকিতে ভাবাবেগে বিহ্বল হইয়া অনেক সময় পালকি হইতে লাফাইয়া পড়িতে চাহেন। হৃদয় বেহারাদের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে যাইতেন ও তাহাদের খুব সাবধান করিয়া দিয়াছিলেন। এইসব লীলাস্থলের পথে কৃষ্ণের বিরহে শ্রীশ্রীঠাকুরের চোখের জলে কাপড় ভিজিয়া যাইত। তিনি কাঁদিতে কাঁদিতে বলিতেন, ‘সেইসব আছে, কৃষ্ণরে তুই কোথায়।’
