Singhavahini’s (Goddess seated upon a lion)Temple
In this ancient temple at Jayarambati, Sri Srima performed fast on to death to cure her severe dysentery and was cured by the medicine of the Singabahini deity. From then on,the goddess gained more publicity.

সিংহবাহিনী (সিংহের উপর উপবিষ্ট দেবী) মন্দির
জয়রামবাটীতে এই প্রাচীন মন্দিরে শ্রীশ্রীমা তাঁহার কঠিন আমাশয় রোগের উপশমের জন্য ‘হত্যা’ দিয়াছিলেন এবং ৺সিংহবাহিনীর ঔষধে আরোগ্যলাভ করিয়াছিলেন। সেই অবধি এই দেবীর মাহাত্ম আরও প্রচার লাভ করে।
