Sri Sri Thakur (then Gadadhar) stayed in this house for some time and worshipped the deities. At present there is a temple of RadhaKrishna in Jhamapukur. The RadhaKrishna idol of this present temple was worshiped in the house of Govinda Chatterjee at that time. This one storey house is very old.

ঝামাপুকুর – গোবিন্দ চ্যাটার্জির বাড়ি
গোবিন্দ চাটুজ্যের বাড়ি — বাড়ির ঠিকানা ৬১ বেচু চ্যাটার্জী স্ট্রীট, কলিকতা-৯। এই বাড়িতে শ্রীশ্রীঠাকুর (তখন গদাধর) কিছুদিন বাস করিয়া দেবদেবীর পূজা করিতেন। বর্তমানে ঝামাপুকুরে যে রাধাকৃষ্ণের মন্দির আছে, তখন এই মন্দিরের রাধাকৃষ্ণ বিগ্রহ গোবিন্দ চাটুজ্যের বাড়িতে পূজা পাইতেন। বাড়িটি একতলা এবং খুবই পুরাতন।
