House of Narendra’s Grandmother
Thakur visited many times Narendranath’s grandmother’s housea at no.7, Ramatanu Basu Lane not far from Narendra’s ancestral house. Narendranath lived in a secluded small room on the second floor of this house for the purpose of studying, singing, playing music etc.

নরেন্দ্রের পৈতৃক বাটীর নিকটে ৭ নং রামতনু বসু লেনে তাঁহার মাতামহীর বাটীতে ঠাকুর বহুবার শুভগমন করিয়াছিলেন। নরেন্দ্রনাথ এই বাড়িতে দোতলায় নির্জন একটি ছোট ঘরে লেখাপড়া ও গান বাজনার উদ্দেশ্যে থাকিতেন।
