আড়িয়াদহে মতান্তরে কামারহাটীতে গঙ্গাতীরে একটি বাগান বাড়িতে পণ্ডিতজী যখন শারীরিক অসুস্থতার জন্য অবস্থান করিতেছিলেন তখন ঠাকুর নিজেই তাঁহার সহিত দেখা করেন ও ঈশ্বরীয় প্রসঙ্গ কারিয়া তাঁহাকে আনন্দ দান করেন ও নিজেও আনন্দিত হন।

কালীবাড়ির নহবতের সঙ্কীর্ণ ঘরে শ্রীশ্রীমায়ের বসবাসের কষ্ট দেখিয়া ভক্ত শম্ভুচরণ মন্দিরের বাগানের পাশেই একখণ্ড জমি ক্রয় করিয়া ঠাকুরের অন্য ভক্ত কাপ্তেনের সহায়তায় সেখানে মায়ের বসবাসের জন্য একটি ঘর নির্মাণ করিয়া দানপত্র করিয়া দিয়াছিলেন।

The house is located on the south side adjacent to Dakshineswar temple. At the sincere invitation of the devotee Jadu Mallick, Thakur used to meet him there from time to time. Here, Thakur was overwhelmed when he saw the picture of baby Jesus in Madonna’s (Mother Mary) arms.
