বরাহনগরের প্রামাণিক ঘাট রোডের উপর দে-প্রামাণিক বংশীয়দের প্রাচীন কালীমন্দিরে ঠাকুর শ্রীরামকৃষ্ণ আসিয়াছিলেন। ভবতারিণী মূর্তির সহিত ইহার কোন সম্বন্ধ আছে; সেইজন্য এই মূর্তি ‘মাসিমা’ বলিয়া পরিচিত। পূর্বোক্ত পুস্তকে উল্লিখিত।

At the direction of Prabhu Nityananda, Vaishnava Raghunath Das started Chida Utsava or Chipped Rice Festival (Chida-dahi Utsava is celebrated to commemorate the meeting of Srila Raghunatha Das Goswami with Sri Nityananda Prabhu when they met for the first time in Panihati). It is celebrated on the thirteenth day of the bright moon in the month of Jyeshta (in May-June period of the year).
