Chandni (portico) is in the middle of two rows of Shiva temples. This is the resting place for the saints, guests and the bathers in the river Ganges. Totapuri the itinerant monk arrived first at Chandni towards the end of 1864.
দুই সারি শিবমন্দিরের মধ্যস্থলে চাঁদনী। এখানে সাধু, অতিথি, ও স্নানার্থীরা বিশ্রামাদি করেন। ১৮৬৪ খ্রীষ্টাব্দের শেষের দিকে এখানেই শ্রীমৎ তোতাপুরী প্রথমে আসিয়াছিলেন।
